The Colorado Board of Chiropractic Examiners regulates individual chiropractors. A licensed chiropractor may hold three (3) different authorities -acupuncture, electrotherapy, and animal, in conjunction to their chiropractic license. The Board regulates chiropractic licenses with their designated authorities. The Board meets regularly to approve license applications and enforce the chiropractic rules, regulations, and practice act that governs the profession.
